Well I think I have-what my achievements are to be here and contribute to the community and society above all and in particular also to my family and children. Getting this employment is there, you know, earning my bread and butter here but above all, you know what we mentioned earlier, you know all the status, the activities, everything, a refugee blind person managing the whole area, I think it is a big thing, a big contribution to society.

All I think my being in this position breaks all negativities, all stereotypes about refugees and black people or disabled people in general.

I think that breaks the barrier, that breaks all this negative stereotypes, therefore I think my contribution is a big thing and it inspires everybody to be here and also young people, children and young people, it is free of charge to be trained, to see me do this job.

I think it costs a lot of money to bring-- awareness training, you see a lot of places, you take people to train awareness training but here, it does not cost any money the state, the local authority, all the young people around me are getting trained.

They call me Baba Tesfay here. I think to see the blind person, they see the Braille they see how I do I work would you know be there. So my contribution here is I think, you could see it up, down, straight, all this area, I think my contribution is greater you know. And a lot of colleagues, they acknowledge it as well. Sometimes you know they take me as a person who inspires them, role model, that is my contribution here.
